| Leider ist das Thema "Luftionisation" in Deutschland kein Thema. Luftionen sind an der Selbstreinigung der Luft wichtig. Dort, wo hohe Feinstaubwerte messbar sind, ist das natürliche Selbstreinigungssystem zusammengebrochen. Schlimm ist auch in diesem Zusammenhang, dass die negative Ionisation der Sauerstoffmoleküle für die Sauerstoffbilanz im Blut mindestens mitwirken. Fehlen diese-, so wird der Mensch müde, die hirnliche Aktivität lässt nach, bis zu Kopfschmerzen und Migräne. Durch die solar initiierte Thermik in den Städten findet ein beschränkter Abtransport von Feinstäuben in höhere Luftschichten statt, der Wolken bildend, die solare Strahlung in der Biosphäre mindert und damit die natürliche Selbstreinigung durch die Wirkung der Ionen schwächt. In der "kalten" Jahreszeit kommen dann noch die Verbrennungsrückstände aus den häuslichen Kaminen hinzu, während die Thermik (durch die geringere solare Strahlung) reduziert ist. Fazit: Die Winterverschnutzung der Luft ist höher als zur "warmen" Jahreszeit. Abhilfen: Elektrifizierung des Individualverkehrs (Anfangen mit elektrisch betriebenen Kleinkrafträdern). Begrünen der Hausfassaden Substituieren der häuslichen Heizungen durch Fernwärmeanlagen mit KWK-Kraftwerken (z.B. Offenbach am Main)und Anschlusszwang. Einlagern der sommerlichen Rückkühlwärme der KWK-Anlagen in tiefe Bohrlöcher in den Straßen oder (besser noch falls möglich) in Aquiferen. Einsatz von Wärmepumpen zur Nutzung der Bodenwärme und Luftwärme. Damit würde auch der CO2-Anteil der Luft reduziert!!! Ausstattung der nächsten LKW-Generation mit Turbinen und "Dieselelektrik". Die Synchronisation der KWK-Blocks (50..150MWel) aber auch Windräder, Fotovoltaik usw. sollte der elektrische Output auf ein Niveau von ca. 20 kV transformiert und dann gleichgerichtet werden. (Die Drehzahlschwankungen der Generatoren oder die Frequenzen der Stromerzeuger sind damit uninteressant und können Frequenzen in Bereich von 40 Hz bis zu einigen 100kHz betragen. Für die Fernvernetzung ganz Europas können Hochvolt-Gleichstromleitungen eingesetzt werden. Der Frequenzwandel zurück auf die 50Hz-Ebene oder 16 2/3 Hz-Bahnstrom geschehe mittels elektronischer Wechselrichter ((z.B. "Pulsstufen-Wechselrichter" der ABB), aber auch die Wechselrichtung über mechanische (umlaufende)Systeme ist denkbar, mittels rein elektisch arbeitenden Antriebsmotoren im Megavoltbereich (nicht elektromagnetische Antriebssysteme) wobei der rotationsbewegliche Kollektor-Stator für die Frequenzregelung dienen kann. Da für Gleichstromleitungen keine Laufzeiteinflüsse mehr gelten (verglichen mit der 380kV-Fernleitungstechnik) können alle Wechselrichter z.B. über Funk oder auch Glasfaserleitungen synchronisiert werden (Sender DCF77 oder auch Satelliten und nachgesteuerte Cäsium-Uhren). | Also, daß diese sogenannte "umwelt"plakette nahezu keinen Effekt auf die Feinstaubentwicklung in irgendwelchen "Umweltzonen" hat, dürfte ja inzwischen jeder geschnallt haben. Manche haben das auch vor der Abzocke schon gesehen, weil sie einfach hergegangen sind, sich die Zahlen und Fakten angeschaut haben, und 1 und 1 zusammengezählt haben. Wie auch immer, spätestens jetzt müsste es eigentlich jeder wissen. Und dann geht der BUND her und fordert eine Ausweitung dieser Zonen???????????????????? Bin ich irgendwo falsch abgebogen, oder macht sich hier der BUND zum Gehilfen der staatlichen Abzocke??? Fahrverbote in Städten, Ausbau des öffentlichen Verkehrsnetzes, das sind schon eher Maßnahmen, die helfen würden. Aber wir wollen auch nicht die anderen Faktoren vergessen: schliesslich ist die Strasse nur zu 25 % Schuld am Feinstaub. Also hier meine Bitte an BUND, Deutsche Umwelthilfe, Politiker usw.: Bitte lasst euch etwas sinnvolles einfallen!!! Wenn die Wirkung gegeben ist, dann werden auch die Bürger mitspielen, auch wenns was kostet. Nur warum soll ich für diesen komischen Aufkleber an der Windschutzscheibe min. 5 Euro bezahlen, und der Effekt des Ganzen ist mit ca. 4 Promille mehr als dürftig? | |
